How Weekly Cashback Works
kg999 VIP cashback is calculated based on your total net loss for the week — that is, total losses minus total winnings — and the applicable rate for your tier is applied to that amount.
Cashback Steps
What Happens at the End of the Week
Calculation Example — Silver Tier
| Description | Amount |
|---|---|
| Member Tier | Silver |
| Weekly Net Loss | ৳20,000 |
| Cashback Rate | 0.8% |
| Cashback Received | ৳160 |
Example: A Silver tier member who has a net loss of ৳20,000 in a given week will receive ৳20,000 × 0.8% = ৳160 in cashback — this is the maximum payable at that tier.
All game types — slots, live casino and others — count toward cashback calculation.
Benefits of VIP Membership
The kg999 VIP program goes beyond cashback. As you move up each tier, the level of service improves — faster response times, access to special promotions, and dedicated offers for VIP members make it a complete rewards system.
24/7 live chat and email support is available in both Bengali and English. Gold tier members receive the highest priority service, with noticeably shorter wait times.
Beyond cashback, higher tiers come with faster withdrawal processing — funds typically reach your bKash, Nagad or Rocket account within 30 minutes to 3 hours.
How to Move Up Tiers
Tier changes do not depend on any single deposit or bet — they are determined by your overall playing activity and consistency over time.
Regular Participation
Play on kg999 regularly — daily or weekly. Activity across any section counts: slots, live casino or cricket betting. Consistency is the key factor.
Activity Assessment
The kg999 system automatically monitors your overall activity. No form filling or application is needed — tier upgrades happen automatically.
Automatic Upgrade
Once you meet the criteria, your account is automatically moved to the next tier. The higher cashback rate applies as soon as you reach the new tier.
Exclusive Benefits for VIP Members
Fast Payment Processing
VIP members get priority on withdrawals. Funds typically arrive in your bKash, Nagad or Rocket account within 30 minutes to 3 hours. At higher tiers, this process is even faster.
Minimum withdrawal amount starts from ৳1,000. No extra charges apply for VIP members.
Special Promotions and Offers
kg999 VIP members get access to new promotions and special offers before regular members. Gold tier members can participate in VIP-only events.
Alongside the welcome bonus, there is a separate rewards structure for VIP members. New members can receive a 120% first deposit bonus of up to ৳20,000, which gives your VIP journey a strong start.
