kg999's answers to all your questions in one place

At kg999, you can find markets for match winner, toss winner, top run scorer, over of first wicket, total runs over/under, and various innings-based markets. In live betting, odds change as the match progresses, creating new opportunities every over. The widest range of markets is available for both T20 and ODI formats.

If a match is declared no result or officially cancelled due to rain or any other reason, that match's bets are generally voided and the stake is returned. However, if the result is determined by the Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) method, the match is considered complete and bets are settled according to that result. Specific betting conditions are detailed on kg999's terms and conditions page.

In a multi-bet, multiple selections are combined and their odds are multiplied to form the total odds. For example, if three selections have decimal odds of 1.50, 1.70, and 1.90 respectively, the total odds are 1.50 × 1.70 × 1.90 = 4.84 (approximately). A ৳100 stake would return ৳484, but all selections must win — losing even one means the entire stake is lost.

Yes, at kg999 you can place bets on BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers international matches all at the same time. Both pre-match and live betting are available for each match separately. You can also add selections from local and international matches together in a multi-bet.

In handicap betting, the weaker team is given an artificial advantage. For example, giving team B a +15 run handicap means they are considered to have scored 15 extra runs for betting purposes. To bet on the stronger team, their actual winning margin must exceed the handicap. Bets are settled based on the margin of the result.

Decimal odds are easier to calculate — odds × stake = total return. For example, decimal 2.50 means a ৳500 stake returns ৳1,250 (৳750 profit + ৳500 stake). Fractional 3/2 conveys the same information differently. Most Bangladeshi players are used to the decimal format because it allows quick calculation during a live match. At kg999, you have the option to choose your preferred format.

RTP stands for Return to Player — it expresses the average amount likely to be returned per ৳100 wagered over the long term. For example, Fortune Mouse has a maximum RTP of 96.96%. However, this is an average figure — results in a single session may be higher or lower. Choosing a high RTP game is a good strategy, but it does not guarantee a win.

In most slot games, the free spins feature is triggered when a specific number of scatter symbols land together. Some games add a multiplier during free spins, increasing the win amount. At kg999, the free spins mechanic may differ across games from different providers — games like Sweet Bonanza or Starlight Princess offer the chance to retrigger free spins multiple times.

Many slot games have a demo or fun mode where you can understand the gameplay using virtual credits without spending any real money. In this mode you can try out the game's features, paylines, and bonus rounds. However, winnings in demo mode cannot be withdrawn — it is for practice only. Demo mode availability at kg999 may vary by game.

In progressive jackpot games, a small portion of each spin contributes to the jackpot pool. The pool grows quickly when many players are playing at the same time. When someone wins the jackpot, the pool resets to zero and starts accumulating again. The RTP of these games is usually calculated including the jackpot contribution, so the actual base game RTP may appear somewhat lower.

High volatility games pay out less frequently, but when they do, there is a chance of larger amounts. Low volatility games give frequent smaller wins. Choose based on your bankroll and playing style. For longer sessions, medium or low volatility games — such as PG Soft's Fortune Tiger or Mahjong Ways — are more suitable.

After opening an account at kg999, a 120% bonus is automatically awarded on your first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. A minimum deposit of ৳500 is required. For example, depositing ৳1,000 adds a ৳1,200 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳2,200. The offer applies on the first deposit from a new account.

At kg999, the wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 15 times the bonus amount. That means before withdrawing the ৳1,200 bonus received on a ৳1,000 deposit, you must place bets totalling ৳1,200 × 15 = ৳18,000. This amount is fulfilled gradually through overall gameplay, not only from the bonus balance.

Generally, the full amount wagered on slot games counts towards wagering. Live casino, card games, or other categories may count partially or at a different rate. kg999's bonus terms specify exactly how much each game contributes. You must also stay within the maximum bet limit while a bonus is active.

Yes, in many cases it is possible to cancel a bonus before the wagering requirement is met. However, cancelling a bonus may also cancel any winnings earned from that bonus. Only the real money you deposited will remain in the account. For the specific process to cancel a bonus, contact the kg999 support team via live chat.

If the wagering requirement is not completed within the specified time, the bonus balance and any winnings accumulated from the bonus are automatically removed at expiry. If the conditions are not met within the time limit, only your originally deposited funds will remain in the account. Check the expiry period before accepting a bonus.
